罗邦德,1986年1月出生,汉族。2016年6月在浙江大学化学系获得理学博士学位,主要从事二氧化钛基光催化材料制备及其机理研究。到目前为止,发表SCI论文6篇。2016年9月加入华中科技大学先进电化学能源与环境材料实验室进行博士后研究工作,从事电催化材料的研究与应用。
